BudigOne Digital Workspace
BudigOne

The BudigOne Digital Workspace supports KU faculty and graduate students in the development of digital projects for teaching and research. It is a collaborative effort between Instructional Development and Support (IDS, a program of Academic Affairs) and the Digital Initiatives Program (DI, a program of Information Services).

Through this workspace, users are offered specialized instruction, staff expertise and access to equipment necessary for creating and editing digital images, sound, video, and text. Digital content created in BudigOne can be integrated into appropriate web, course-delivery, and digital library systems, stored in appropriate repositories and preserved for use over long periods of time.

The BudigOne Digital Workspace is located on the first floor of Budig Hall, next to the IDS offices. Services are provided by appointment only and can be scheduled during IDS business hours, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday - Friday. Faculty and graduate students may use the facility unsupervised after registering with the IDS reception desk and receiving an initial orientation by a BudigOne staff member.
